Deadly Aunties is an Australian small business specialising in custom-made apparel and merchandise, including but not limited to DTF prints, clothing, cup wraps, and accessories.

 

2. Products & Custom Orders

 

Many of our items are custom-made to order.

 

Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes.

 

Mock-ups are for display purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all custom details (names, spelling, sizes, colours, designs) are correct at the time of ordering.

 

Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

Prices may change without notice.

 

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

 

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock availability.

 

4. Production Time

 

Standard production time is 7–14 working days.

 

Production time depends on stock availability and turnaround times of our third-party printing suppliers for DTF and wrap prints.

 

Production time may also vary depending on the time required to create custom-designed items.

 

During busy periods (sales, holidays, cultural events), production times may be longer.

 

Production times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

Shipping timeframes are provided by third-party carriers and are outside our control.

 

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

 

Deadly Aunties is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once handed to the courier.

 

Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer may result in additional fees.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Custom Orders

 

Due to the custom nature of our products:

 

No refunds or exchanges are offered for change of mind.

 

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error.

 

Non-Custom Items

 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

 

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

Provide clear photos and order details.

 

We will assess and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, pressing, or general misuse.

All original designs, artwork, logos, wording, and content created by Deadly Aunties are protected by copyright under Australian law.

 

The use, reproduction, copying, modification, or distribution of the Deadly Aunties name, branding, or original designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.

 

Designs may not be copied, traced, reproduced, or resold in any form, including digital or physical products, without prior written consent.

 

Third-Party Images & Assets

 

Some images, graphics, fonts, or design elements used by Deadly Aunties are licensed or purchased from third-party suppliers.

 

Deadly Aunties does not claim ownership of these third-party assets.

 

These assets are used in accordance with the supplier’s licensing terms and may not be extracted, reused, copied, or resold by customers.

 

Any rights to third-party images remain with their respective owners.

 

Customer-Supplied Images & Designs

 

Customers may provide personal images, artwork, or designs for custom orders.

 

By submitting images or designs, the customer confirms they have the legal right and permission to use and reproduce the content.

 

Customer-supplied images and designs may be shared with our third-party printing suppliers strictly for the purpose of producing the customer’s order.

 

These images and designs will not be shared with any other party and will only be used for the intent of fulfilling the customer’s order.
